Meetings & Events Information

    The Association meets for a business meeting and luncheon at 11:30 a.m., the second Thursday of each month, except in June & July, at Reid Hospital. The meeting fee including meal is $20.00 for members and $25.00 for non-members.

    • 11:30 a.m. - Registration & Catered Buffet Lunch
    • 11:45 a.m. - Business Meeting
    • 12:00 p.m. - Speaker / Presenter
    • 1:00 p.m. – Adjournment

    Guests are welcome to attend!


    Cancellations are accepted through 9:00 a.m. the Friday prior to the meeting by contacting email.  Persons who make a reservation and then are unable to attend however do not cancel their reservation by the time specified, will be invoiced per the above price structure.
