    Join Our Association

    The membership is open to individuals actively engaged in the field of human resources and/or seeking expertise in one or more human resource functions. Speakers who are selected for chapter meetings present to the membership the latest developments and progressive methods in human resources.

    The Association meets for a business meeting and luncheon the second Thursday of each month, except in June and July, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting fee including meal is $20.00 for members and $25.00 for non-members. 


    Dear Prospective EIHRA Member:

    As a Human Resources professional, you know that the keys to success in this challenging field are: keeping current on HR issues, trends, and skills; developing a strong support network; and contributing to your organization's success. EIHRA was created to help you in all of these areas.

    EIHRA was formed with the following objectives:

    • To promote the development and improvement of human resource practices among our professionals and within our community.
    • To increase interest in the field of human resources within Wayne County, Indiana, and the surrounding area.
    • To enhance the prestige of the human resource professional in the eyes of management and the public.
    • To stimulate cooperation and collaboration between industry, business, distribution, education, and governmental agencies in Richmond; Wayne County, Indiana; and local areas.

    When you join EIHRA, you will receive a wealth of services and programs from our chapter to maintain top performance as a human resource professional. Our Member Services include: professional development; compensation and benefit updates; state conferences; legislative updates; networking and accreditation.

    EIHRA Chapter meetings will be held on the second Thursday of each month, except in June and July, at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m. It is very important that you RSVP prior to the meeting to apply correct totals for the meal and seating. On occasion we may meet at a different location but as in the past an EIHRA Chapter Meeting notice will be sent by e-mail prior to each month’s meeting with all the meeting information attached.

    Please make sure your Membership Application is sent with your invoice and correct payment. Without the application we may not know whose membership to apply the payment received and you may miss out on meeting notices.
