    Program Title: Capabilities for High Performance Leadership

    Presenter:  Rebecca Ellis, Managing Director of Performance Lab

    Program Summary:   Using a scholar-practitioner perspective, Rebecca created a leadership capability model to describe a maturity path to being a high performing leader. During this session, attendees will dive into the four capabilities: Learn, Explore, Adapt, and Drive. We’ll do an interactive self-assessment where attendees can learn the model while reflecting on the behaviors needed to be a high performance leader.

      Bio:  Rebecca Ellis joined Performance Lab with nearly 20 years' experience in learning and development, with seven in organizational change. She's passionate about discovering opportunities to maximize human potential to deliver customer-centric solutions. As Managing Director, Rebecca's role is to provide strategic guidance to clients who desire transformation. Rebecca received her Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, and she's also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). She has presented her research on the cognitive impact of change management to international audiences at annual conferences for the Academy of Management, International Society of Performance Improvement and the Irish Academy of Management. She believes in a "work hard, play hard" philosophy and often enjoys visiting new cultures and destinations with her family. Rebecca also volunteers with her kids’ activities and likes interior design. Clifton Strengths: Strategic, Maximizer, Futuristic, Achiever, Relator.
